We are an innovative fitness facility that runs circuit classes and small group training with a fully kitted gym. We also regularly run six week fat loss programmes that includes nutritional advice, weights and measurements and daily support. We aim to provide a welcoming community to people from all walks of life that are looking to improve their health and fitness levels.
